Another good day today. Over-did it at lunch a bit but made up for it with all the walking I did today along with the healthy snacking and dinner. Ran around with the kids shopping. Shopped for 1 hour and a half this morning and then from 12:30-5:30, we were still out and about. I am tired and I know they are. Hopefully, we will sleep well tonight and that weight is coming off. I did weigh myself on one of those scales at the mall that you put 25 cents in and it said I was 256( after I ate a large meal) so it that is correct, I have lost at least 3 pounds. We'll see.
