Well, I won't be able to play tennis for another month or two. I have an injury to my knee--it's not too bad, but it hurts like crazy when I run on the court, or try to jog. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and he said that it's just a bad bone bruise to the back of my patella, no tears or anything. It doesn't hurt when I walk or do low-impact stuff like elliptical, so I've been doing a lot of that in the last few weeks, and my doctor said that is OK.

Also, I've been slightly gaining, and finding it harder to concentrate on the dieting stuff. My calories have been creeping up, but probably not too badly, and my weight has gone up a little (just a couple of pounds, nothing unmanageable). I guess it's natural to go through a "halfway slump." I had lost 20 pounds; now it's more like 18. No biggie; still about halfway there and I'ms ure I'll get back on track.

Last night I went to the gym intending to do about an hour and a half on the elliptical machine but only did 35 minutes before I started feeling nauseated and sick. So I quit and came home and ate a whole pizza (a healthy pizza, but 750 calories) and drank a WHOLE bunch of water. I was probably a little dehydrated.
