I haven't been eating a lot lately. I think it's because I had 3 days of total and complete overeating. I had the smoothie and the eggs with sausage for breakfast all under 500 calories. And I didn't eat again until dinner where I had the subway salad with the ham and the mac and cheese (I know I split it into lunch and dinner but I had it all at dinner). I ate the rice pudding and tapioca like 5 mins ago. I have a REALLY bad habit of eating right before bed because I kept getting pissed off that I would wake up ravenous! Kind of silly but first thing in the morning I don't want to eat. If it's a weekend I want to try and work out before lazy happens. If it's a weekday then I'm probably late and want to get to work asap.
I might now record tomorrow. It's a date day and a date at a buffet at that. I can't be mad though, it was my request and I'm really craving salad.
