I NEED TO GO BACK TO MY DIET, I started great today, this long weekend killed me!! I'm back!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 April 2013:

WELCOME BACK FRIEND :) You are here.....So I am sure you will get back on track!!! Start by PROMISING to drink a minimum of 64oz of H2o a day, and make your first glass COLD H2O, as soon as you get out of bed. It will help get your metabolism revved up!
