I lost 28 pounds using the weight watchers plan. I stopped going to the meetings because I had to cut costs. I also joined a gym at the same time. I have not gone to the gym in over a month. The air around here was pretty bad and my chest hurt from breathing it all in. Well, the weather is better now and I plan on going to the gym today. I need to "get back on track". My most recent goal is to lose 17 pounds by September 15th. It seems so hard. I starved myself last week only to over do it on the weekend and my efforts were lost. So, since I quit going to the meetings, I have put 5 pounds back on. I need to stop. I need motivation.

You are in the right place for motivation! Everyone here is great! I have done so much better since I have joined this site. I, like you, was going to WW meetings, but being a stay-at-home mom, we had to cut costs as well. You will do well, just don't starve yourself anymore! Please!
