So Saturday, made (started) two batches of chicken bone broth. One in the pressure, cooker, one in the crock-pot.
The one in the pressure cooker took 2 cycles of 2 hours each (total 4 hours), and I've been enjoying it for days. Yummy. I enjoyed the cooked chicken meat for dinner Saturday night.
The one in the crock pot is still simmering away (53 hours later). I'll finish it this afternoon, and have yummy chicken for dinner today, as well as a batch of bone broth to freeze. (the other batch I've mostly all eaten).
