up'd my cycling again today and managed 20.4km!! I am weighing myself daily but it is constantly up and down :( though from weighing myself Saturday 291.5lb I have managed to lose 5.25lb and weighed in this morning at 286.25lb. I always weigh first thing in the morning after having a wee but before a cup of coffee. If I can carry on at that pace, I will hit my target in no time at all. Exercise definitely is the key! x
