here I go again. I'm 50 tomorrow & feeling a little sorry for myself as I feel its a big deal to turn 50 & nobody else does. maybe I'm making a big deal out this but just for once I would like to be the one celebrated instead of celebrating for someone else. I need to loose weight & get healthy for me no one else its now or never!
