Good, long workout today - just over an hour and a half. Penance for no real workout yesterday? :) Did cardio max 1 & 2, then did my new Crunch Belly, Butt & Thighs workout, then did level 3 of 30 Day Shred. Yikes. But over 600 calorie burn, which I need after the tons of pistachios I ate last night. I almost put "mindlessly", but that's not true. I was VERY aware of them, but for some reason, didn't measure out a portion. Avoiding the scale again today - just way too bloated from all the sodium and the nuts and I think it was yesterday I also had some ham.

Having a Celsius today. Haven't had any in a couple of weeks, I think. I was wondering if they were making my heart beat slowly, but I didn't see any difference when I didn't have a Celsius and I swear those drinks make me burn more calories/lose weight. Funny, I'd never touch an energy drink like Monster or most of the others on the market. These just don't make me feel jittery or yucky, or like I've had too much coffee. In the past they've just made me feel I have more energy to do stuff. It'll be interesting to see how it hits me today.

DH went to work this morning at the crack of dawn and was back home before I woke up. He's having dizzy spells again, along with nausea. I'm wondering if it's one of his vitamins/supplements. One of them is Tagament and I just read that it could have dizziness as a side effect. Could be that - I hope it's that. When it's bad enough for him to have a co-worker drive him home from work after being there a couple of hours at most - that's just not him. He's a hard core workaholic who almost never calls in sick. Most of the time he's missed work has been when he's thrown his back out and either can't move or is too drugged to do much other than sleep. So this dizziness and nausea must really hit him hard to come home. But he's currently on a conference call doing his work! :)

Debating on whether or not to jump in the pool for a bit before showering, or just get cleaned up. The pool is probably pretty hot...
