Wow what a day! Went to Louisville for the Doctor appt. That took forever. Then went to Olive Garden and ate 2 bowls of soup which is still only 230 calories-awesome! Then went to get prescriptions filled, shopped and shopped and shopped. I hate shopping.....oh well. Met up with our daughter and grandchildren and spent some time with them. Stopped at taco bell and ate 2 Fresco chicken tacos, realized I was low for the day on calories so got a pintos-no cheese to add a bit more calories. All in all I managed to get it over the 1000 calorie mark-just barely! LOL! Got home 11:30. I'm pooped! Good Night, more tomorrow....
