Okay, So I didn't die from not having dinner last night LOL! I was curious.... How often should someone weigh themselves. I was thinking once a week but my roommate told me to throw away my scale and just base my weight loss on how lose my clothes get.... When I woke up this morning I put on a pair of shorts that felt loser than normal, but that could be because they didnt shrink in the dryer! I have no idea what to do!
