For me it's hard to eat at calorie deficit when I am used to eat a lot, but I know you are very disciplined. 😉👌

I'm new so please forgive me if I'm not allowed to suggest. Plant based eating based on calorie density would allow you to eat so much more. The nutrients found in plants is wonderful with have few calories.

You could jazz this up with mushrooms, onoins, garlic, broccoli and your favorite greens

Eat low carb high fat and you won’t be hungry and you’ll lose weight.

When it's time to head in the other direction, papas and chorizo! I'm gonna have to go get some chorizo now. I am try to get my husband to make some! No luck so far. Your chorizo and eggs looks very tasty. :)

Ok, I am in... Go! 🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️ I would like to get down to 100, but 3 pounds would be more than great. 0.5 lb. Per week. My goal is a Daily Average of 1400 calories or less.

Hey I looked damn good when skinny fat! I was also much younger so maybe that was it... 🤔 🤪. Skinny fat CAN be eye appealing but not very healthy.
