Has anyone tried the dark chocolate banana from Trader Joe's. Tastes like banana ice cream 😋. mmmmmmm. trying to find healthy choices that curb my sweet cravings.

Ccral, have you tried putting frozen bananas in your food processor? The result is amazingly like ice cream. I find it delicious.

Avocados have way more potassium than bananas.

Surprisingly not much more per 100g. Avocados are superior but also have 2x the calories in that 100g. Different strokes for different folks. I love both it was just a banana kind of day..

You can use a food processor with an avocado with a frozen banana and get banana ice cream.
