Started Week 2 of SS8 and going to shift to Phase 2 of the diet. I behaved myself on Memorial Day and stuck to the plan. Only exception was I skipped a single workout due to a deck building project. Hopefully the 10 hours of hammering and sawing made up for it!
232.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
