Starting a new journey today. I'd been following a specific workout program author for many years but only just this last month decided to give his plan a try. He's starting his "Summer Shred" challenge. I figured it's only 2 months and the ending of it just so happens to coincide with family visiting from out of the country. I'm excited to see what results this program can bring especially since there may be some beach time involved near the end of it. Now there's my motivation!
