Hey, I've only been going for 2 weeks here but I've lost almost 10lbs with Simeon's Protocol.
It's hard core, you cannot break protocol or it doesn't work. You either get prescribed injections or take homeopathic drops of HCG (I'm doign drops, fyi) which tells your hypotalemous (sp?) to start takign calories from your own fat and then you supplement that with a strict 500 calorie diet. I'm only planning on doing one protocol as a system kick start, but it is working for me. Of course, consult your doc but check it out.
