Headache all day today. Drinking a lot of water (I think). Difficult workout. I sort of expected it to be. Didn't do nearly as much as I'd hoped. I think I like doing the cardio first, tho. I'm pretty sure I burn more calories when I do that one first. Today I did the first one of the bootcamp DVD. Tried to do some of the boost fat one and only did maybe 15 min. of it. Did cardio 1, I think that's it. Looks like I'm only on target for burning about 2200 calories today. Maybe I can force myself to do a bit more of a workout. Feeling tired. Maybe just get a good night's sleep and go full on tomorrow.
