A good solid 25 miles on the old two wheeler last night! Nice! I could have made a better choice on food--a chicken panini with fries and two tall beers--but overall it was a good day!
270.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
