I've been skipping WW sessions and pretty much eating what I want to (though remaining aware of what I'm doing, which helps me moderate some). I think the only reason I've lost any weight is that I'm moving more - trying to at least move some of the clutter in the house to a shed outdoors. I figure if it stays out there 6 months, I'm really not using it and it can go. I'd much rather get my exercise by walking trails in a nearby park, but that is just too much an effort right now.

Oh well, not complaining as long as I'm not gaining. Eventually I'll get my act together and psych myself up to start eating right.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
