Spines: only one apiece. I’m exhausted just looking at the plates. But if you have back issues at all: As someone who’s had surgery I’d keep working that core, and back way off. And I’d see someone.

Chris I have an adjustable back on mine and seems to help, and I load/unload 90# at a time to speed up the process 😉
