I am trying to get to the goal i have wanted to reach for so long. i always end up dieting to the point where i weight 135 and am still slightly uncomfortable with my body, but i am just sort of ok with it. I want to build strength and loose fat, so for the first time in my life i can wear a bikini. I am only 22 and i will be damned if i never get to wear a bikini in my youth and enjoy my body completely. i have been dieting and exersizing for 9 days now and i have lost 5 lbs. today i will replace some of the usless carbs with fiber filled ones and add more protien. pilates and treadmill here i come :]
