OMG. Gained 4 pounds this week. Could be from Halloween Candy, late night eating, brownies, ice cream, popcorn. All the wrong things. Arms are starting to show more flab. This weeks must make a conscious effort to

1. No sweets.
2. No eating after 7 p.m.
3. Veggie packs daily.
4. No pasta.
5. No fried foods.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
