You know, its the little things when it comes to weight loss. I can ALMOST sit indian-style now without breaking my ankles.
I put on my socks this morning without having to wrestle my one leg on top of the other to get my foot in reach.
So far, still very modest on weight loss (it is starting to come off), but my size is going strong.
I've lost 6 inches off my waist and hips, and similar proportions off the rest of my body, (including feet..go figure, my 2-month old shoes are too big for me now)
I'm still loving the swimming most ays, and doing some walking during breaks at work. Overall, feel really good.
