Thanks! It has been difficult, but seeing the scale move downwards daily keeps me motivated.

Thanks Chris. Just spent some time doing laps around the conference table. I'm sure my coworkers think I'm nuts!

When I was young I was a "fidgety" type person, unable to sit still without drumming fingers, wriggling, tapping my foot, etc.. I think it did help me to be slim most of my life because now all I do is sit.

Thanks everyone for the support! LOL jujuktz and Chris. Chris, I will be known as the crazy nut until I am long gone from here. I earned the title and wear it with great pride. Jujuktz, I was a size 1 until we had a baby after my last adult child left for the military. Always gardening and keeping busy. Then, I got a desk job. I thought using my brain rather than being on my feet all day was a good idea. I quit my retail management job and went back to college and earned 2 degrees while the baby was little. Took up cake decorating for awhile to fill the time. Big mistake! We always had cake in the house. Gained over 60 pounds and never could get it off until now. Cardiologist asked me to go low carb/keto and I believe the entire office heard me yell No! Don't take away my pasta! While I'm not one who thinks carbs are bad, I am doing this temporarily to get the weight down, then plan to add more carbs. So far, I've lost 21 pounds, dropped my blood pressure, and reduced my heart rate by 30 points. I still want my pasta back. Oh, and my fruit.
