Ug...any break in the routine messes me up. Woke up feeling all confident and weighed myself again and it showed I was down again. Not recording it since I weighed myself yesterday and too many fluctuations, but it still made me feel good. But routine was thrown off as I met some friends at a coffee place and sat and drank ice coffees for a couple of hours or more. Got home and it was hot, then I stalled more, then decided to finally work out. Put on my workout clothes, did the first warm up, then the first cardio workout and then I was done! Not good. So much for my resolve to try to step up my workouts to twice a day! Maybe I can make myself get up and do some cleaning or something. (sure)
