SUPER EXCITED TO WEIGH IN TOMORROW!!! minus this damn cold, ive felt great this week!! aunt flo came today, and not a speck of acne, like usual when she comes. i miss chewing food though 😂😂 my husband is off this qeekend so im hoping he lets me cook healthy meals... except pizza. pizza is happening. i just need to not eat 6 pieces like i normally do. noq is the time for me to REALLY focus on portion control.
also in the middle of a 1 mile walk, followed by yoga and then a core workout class 💪 had 1.5 protein shakes so hopefully my energy can sustain the workout.

Hope you feel better :) I know we got off topic a bit on your last post, but, basically when I feel a cold coming on, even an IF fast (for example only eating 2-4 hours that day - no protein shakes) will usually help a lot. For me, when I consume carbs it brings back my allergies. - - I will 'chow down' this weekend. Gonna take-the-weight-hit :) Life is still good 😎 So much to be grateful for. I would rather complain about going from 170-177 than going from 207 to 217. THAT was my life last year...

Oh pizza! It’s sooo hard not to over eat. Decide how much you can have and then stay out of the kitchen once you put it on your plate!

I love pizza! Had it for dinner last night! Ate 1/2 of 8x8 pan, 10 green olives, 1 oz of X-sharp cheddar, mashed avacado and 5 pork rinds for a total of 1034 calories (my only meal) and only 14 carbs for day. Delicious! No more pizza crave plus lost 2 pounds this morning! Enjoy & good luck!
