Felt light headed while doing strenght training today.
Variables:
Was pushing it, not sure if I was holding breath or not. Took a decongestant earlier in day Had eaten broccoli salad (+mayo and about 8 cranberries) and 4 oz cottage chz Possibly a little low on water, but not dehydrated.
Strength Training 35 minutes Swimming for 43 minutes
2 hours after dizzy, took BP at KS, and it was 99/61
I need to do a better job every day on food. I ate less than 900 calories yesterday, and didn't discover this until I entered the food in my journal today. Even though I wasn't hungry, the lack of food prior to the workout might have contributed to my low blood pressure.
