It basically comes down to what I drink all day (5 net carbs). I consume the heavy cream so I am adding a ton of fat (and calories) in my drink. I also take vitamins and electrolyte supplements because protein powder doesn't even begin to give you everything you body needs... But, when you take in that much protein, and hit the weights, you WILL get results :)

21g of protein is good to me, I hate to waste my calories on proteins haha "shakes or bars" but if I will have them, they has to have 20+ grams of protein
