day 1 and some oversights. didnt buy a shaker cup for my powder. then forgot my powder at home anyways. got a cup and these on my lunch break.

Those darn things make me gain weight. Must be the preservatives. However, I am old with a slow metabolism, you may be able to handle them much better. I WILL drink them in a pinch, so I am not looking down on them. Muscle Milk also makes some 3 net carb protein drinks.

I only had one. Probably my omad... if i post my powder can you give me your opinion? I can't imagine my reaction if I do this and gain weight in the end haha

@kaylinrenee - I would not consider this your OMAD (One Meal A Day). If you do this for awhile you will see that nothing hits your body like solid food. Yes, you're not 'water fasting', but, it is still a 'fast' especially if it is protein drinks rather than say 'juices'.

@kaylinrenee - My suggestion is to be patient. I only drank my protein drinks yesterday and GAINED a pound! I'm not worried because I'll probably drop 2 pounds (or more) tomorrow. This is why I do 5 days on my fast. I ALWAYS get results 3+ days.
