Good luck! I put a ton of Heavy Cream and Splenda in my Protein drinks... Not saying this is a good thing, just that this is what allows me to do this for so long. However, this can cause hunger. When I only drink green tea all day long I never have any hunger.

Ive been trying to avoid dairy i feel like i gain every time i drink it. I may try almond or coconut milk though we will see

Terrapain. Most ive done is 66 hours. This one was only 48 but i consumed liquid calories. I was going to do 5 days with protein powder only but had a snafoo. Im going for another 48 today. May extend if im feeling good. You cant get rid of me that easy!
