i missed how good it feels to eat healthy. QUESTION: do you eat the hard boiled egg yolk or just the white???

One egg I have the yolk, any more than one and I stop eating yolks. But I have an issue with uncontrolled high cholesterol.

I eat the whole egg, I use to eat one egg and 9-12 tablespoons of eggs whites because I need the protein

I eat the whole egg when I have them - but I also keep track of my cholesterol and mine is healthy.

depends. one whole egg per day, max, but whites are unlimited. if it's been forever, i may have three whole eggs.

The yolk is full of nutrients we need. I eat three eggs a day on keto - no problems

Yolk.. I've had up to 20 eggs a day cholesterol always has been fine. Used to eat at least 8 per day

No Keto here just CICO and portion control and dislike hard boiled eggs. That being said I love fried eggs and scrambled eggs and omelets. I always eat the yolks and haven’t had any issues. We have hens so mostly our own eggs and the yolks are more orange and more flavorful. My dr said more healthy the darker the yolk 😉. For fried I leave them runny and absolutely love that!

I only eat whole eggs, poultry, and fish!🥚🐔🐟 But I don't eat beef or pork 🐄🐖 (don't like the taste of them) My cholesterol is fine.
