i was kind of surprised this morning because i decided to weigh myself "just to see" and seen that the scale read 195! i'm not going to weigh in today because it may just be a fluke and i will wait till friday for my official weight in. i know from previous experience that during the first 2 wks of induction you can lose an incredible amount of weight, mostly water weight so i've been really drinking ALOT of water and cutting back on the caffeine. can't wait till friday so i can reward myself!

Keep going! I have a lot of water weight as well, so bad my feet swell if I sit too long without moving. I am ADDICTED to tim hortons ice coffee...but I cannot have that, so substituting for hommade instant cold coffee with sweetner......so not as good, but no guilt.
