It was a glorious day today. So warm and nice out i wish i didnt have to work. So my 2nd day of re-counting points...and measuring...i just wasnt doing as well as i could have without keep track so ive started counting again. I get to go food shopping after work today and after i get home i think im gonna portion all my snack veggies and clean them so all i have to do is throw them in a bag for lunch and be on the go...i tried walking 15 minutes today at only 2.6 (which is pushing it) i did a faster pace and more time and my knee was like "whats going on"??? its stiff now and being iced at the moment. Still not smoking its day uhhh....DAY 22 whoot whoot!!!. Im mindlessly eating at night the past 2 nights so i need to manage that better...i found a saying that said "no excerise, No snacks" Soti! I liked it so im gonna keep telling myself that. Tomorrow will be a busy day. but i think im on the right road....so Good luck to ME and good luck to You!!!
