Woke up at 5am, feeling pretty good about the day to come. Last night I started back with zumba. I could only manage 30 minutes, but I think I did ok. I am done with the negative attitude, I know that I can do this. Send me some prayers and advice. Good luck to everyone and have a blessed day.
