Thanks so much for the invite! I just read your journals and it sounds like we are in the same situation. I also was on here a few years back. I love the support!!! Welcome back! I just started it again Aug 9th. We can do this.... we can. I have to remind myself every day, sometimes every hour that the cheeseburger I thought nothing of eating is not an option at this point. I have been 50lbs over weight for so many years that I am not sure my mind will ever stop trying to sabatoge me!! lol. Keep it up and we can truly do this.... I just have to do it one good decision at a time :) Amy
