I don't see you logging here, but what I did see it seems like you are not eating enough to keep your body from hanging on tightly to what is has. maybe your binge eating is more to rotate your calories. balance with everything comes with patience. if you are hungry all the time, it can set off a binge and you probably don't pick healthy choices.or overdue the things you are missing. if you figured out your rdi and used your exercise as your weight loss tool maybe you could eat more and not have the binges. plan your treats in.

I have the exact same problem... when I decide to have a day "off" then I don't get back on tract next day, or the next... or the next... We (that have this issue!) have to say NO to cheat day. But it is hard when the damn scale don't move...
Last week I did some "You Tube" shopping... lol... and I "realized" what "insulin resistance" is, for a long time I heard that word without paying attention and assumingpigu it was "for me"!!! But now I see why only one day "off" will kick me out so much weight wise, I watched a video on a lady "Dr Boz" where she explain what insulin is really doing and insulin resistance, and following my new "learning", I broke my long time plateau and started loosing again. I know if I lose I will not be tempted to take a "day off" that would turn in a month long!!!
