Wondering, about calorie expenditure.. My garmin tracked 3364 calories yesterday. 458 active from gym etc. I roughly estimated with FS and entered activities for fun. That number of calories comes to 4712. You think it would be somewhat closer together. Garmin uses hr and a couple other settings to track.

I assume garmin would be closest. It uses age, weight, Hr, activity level, gender, activity class etc...

Yeah FS is way off. If I had a fitness tracker that would automatically import into Fat Secret I would use that instead. So, I automatically subtract 1k from what ever Fat Secret computes for my activities.
