I didn't get my beloved roasted garlic hummus and pita chips this weekend. I don't feel like stuffing my face this evening like I have in the past.
Even though my carbs are high for Atkins (I haven't done induction yet), they are definately low for me today, I feel like my body is responding in a postivie way.
