Lol fasting? If not, I think that would go down a bit easier if soaked in some water for a bit ;). My kid actually asked me how many calories a plate would be if she was hungry enough to eat the plate too 😳 silly kid lol.

My helps? Coffee with a splenda and almond creamer, and 1 wheat roll when i get hungry. They're natural low fat/sodium and vegan. Not a dinner roll vut like, full wheat grains.
