Abstaining from sugar & flour.
Reading Sugar Shock book for 30 min to remind me of the properties of sugar and how they damage me, age me, hurt me.
going to eat 3 of my favorite fruits and enjoy every bit! (peach, 1 cup cherries, ruby red grapefruit)
