pictures of me at my biggest came up and im a stone away from that and pics of me at my goal which im 4 stone away from. both are motivation to me. i will not go back there and will get back to goal. youve dpne amazing and what a lovely reminder what your hard work has achieved xx

Hey you say in your bio that you do cycling, how much do you do? I’ve just started and need tips. At the moment I’m eating 1500 calories or less and cycling everyday for 30 min. Any tips?

Hey scarlet! I was doing that for 30mins too, that was before i started work and my job is quite physical. I found that doing it every other day made just as much difference as every day. The best thing to do imo, is to try 3 times a week and see if you lose as much as a full week. Also to build up from a low tension to high towards the end is recommended. If you're sweating, awesome! And make sure you cool down at the end, go slower gradually.
