Well wont even talk about eating last night with the kitkat bar and combos treat but anyways
Finally got some sleep todayfeel like I could use another 10hrs, had some oatmeal with a scoop of p.b. and 5 rits crackers. GOna make up some faux french toast and hamburger for work tonight.
did a core training and 15 min on treadmil walking 1mi 155 cal
Tomorrow I will wieght in and start the healthier eating I hope scale still hasn't budge from 168 even thou I have been sweeting my butt off working out oh well. I ll just keep trucking on and see what happens (now iam haveing wrist trouble again so doing my pushups is painful) Iam to young for these problems!!!lol

Hey i'm with you on the eating last night, went and saw 'La vie en rose' and cried all over my choc top and maltesers. Oh well, i'm sure these little slip ups are ok occasionally, and you do so much exercise, (and are such are pretty cop) just start fresh today! stay well, mia
