Hammered Bulk Shoulders today. HUGE sweat going. Only had to pause the dvd once which was to bring out the EZ bar for Upright Rows. Upped the weights a little on a couple of moves, and really concentrated hard to keep the body still while lifting the dumbbells. Shoulder work it's very easy to swing a little bit to get the bar/dumbbells moving up and down, but that swing is momentum, not muscle contraction. Sagi says it to several of the guys in the various videos: Nothing moving but your arms. Nailed that pretty well today and got fried by it.
