Bulk Legs today. I've been putting this one off for a few days because of the fear that I'd re-tweak my back. Went lighter on most exercises working on trying to perfect my form, and it was a great workout. I used dumbbells for all the moves, as the EZ bar in this one tends to make me lean forward.
Even though I reduced the weights as much as 25# on some moves (sumo squats were with 35s this week vs 60 last week), I got a great sweat and noodle legs by the end.
