woohoo!!! Looks like I'm on the right path. My 1st day of Atkins was Tuesday and I weighed 246.00, 2nd day 248.2 and today (3rd day) I am back to 246.00. I'm so happy, I went from 3 weeks of no salt and no fat to Atkins Induction so I did expect to see funny numbers on the scale since I started cooking with salt once I started Atkins. I thought it would be worse though. I hope that is that and all I see is numbers going down from here on. I drink at least 100 oz of water per day. I pray that I lose as much as possible for my trip to Mexico in a month :~/
