Exercising is like magic. You can't see how it works, but it does. After only a few days, I already see a difference, feel the difference and am enjoying my activities. Getting ready to do my workout now :)
137.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
