So yeah, I ate basically nothing but pizza today. It was leftovers from Friday night when I had two slices as a reward for 33lbs lost. Worked out hard, back on track with my eating tomorrow and carry on. Just because you deviate doesn’t mean you can t recover :-)

I hear you. Ate chips and chocolate yesterday as I was mad my scale hadn’t moved in a week and I’ve been faithful at working out and eating right so I needed an I don’t care day-didn’t work out either first day off in 13 weeks....
