Back on Fat Secret for the first time in over a year, if you use all of the apps features including the journal it will help you progress, I know for a fact so that’s why I’m here. I’ll be posting my meals, trying to get back to lowering my carb intake and working out but I know it’s going to be a daily routine that I’ll need to adhere to. I have 3 jobs (yes for real) so working out it going to be a challenge but I’m up for it.
