Pretty happy to have dropped out of the 60's into the 50's. This makes me feel like it would be impossible to stand on the scale and see the 70's ever again. F You 270lb!!! Picture of Sophie the Dog. I get to babysit her for the next 10 days, will put some good walks in there :) The picture of lunch shows some of my supplements. Multi-Vitamin, Awesome B Complex, 2x Potassium, 2x Vitamin D (shown to be deficient in blood work - always), Chromium. Missing is Iron (also usually shows a deficiency).
