I'm so proud of myself!!!! We had a company meeting today which always includes sweets. Thankfully I knew ahead of time and was able to plan for it. I brought my Atkins chocolate brownie bar.

That is absolutely fantastic!! Way to go!! It is so hard sometimes when you have meetings and everyone has something in their hands. You feel conspisious(sp)when you don't have something as well. Great way to handle situation though.
